For product teams

You run product. Your backlog runs itself.

Sauna is an AI coworker for product teams. It triages the incoming reports, turns feedback and threads into tickets, drafts the specs and release notes, and keeps the roadmap's context, across Linear, GitHub, Slack, and your other tools.

@Sauna this keeps coming up. Make it a Linear ticket with the thread as context.

Third mention this week. Drafting the ticket from the thread.
Drafted a Linear ticket from the thread. Review before I create it:

You make the calls. The backlog admin shouldn't need you.

Bug triage, feedback to sort through, status updates, the spec you keep meaning to write. Sauna pulls the context out of Linear and GitHub, drafts the tickets and the updates, and keeps everyone aligned. Your time goes to deciding what to build.

The difference

You decide what to build. Sauna runs the operation underneath it: the triage, the tickets, the specs, the roadmap's context.

Lives in the stack you already run — and thousands more, or any MCP server.

@Sauna reports that export-to-CSV is 500'ing again. What's going on?
SaunaAPP9:42 AM
Six reports in 20 min. Checking Linear and GitHub before answering.
Pulled the context from Linear and GitHub:
  • Known regression, ENG-1847, 6 reports so far
  • Fix in flight: PR #2391 (CI green, awaiting review)
  • About an hour out once it merges
Jamie M.9:43 AM
@Sauna bump the priority and let the people who reported it know?
SaunaAPP9:43 AM
Done. Raised ENG-1847 to Urgent and replied to all six threads with the ETA. I'll post here the moment PR #2391 merges.

Triage what broke

A report comes in. Sauna pulls the Linear issue and the GitHub fix already in flight, explains what's happening, and posts the answer back in the channel.

@Sauna write the release notes for what shipped this sprint.
SaunaAPP2:48 PM
Reading the merged PRs and the Linear issues closed this sprint.
Drafted from 9 merged PRs. Review before I post:
  • Reliable CSV export — the ENG-1847 regression, fixed
  • Boards load about twice as fast
  • New: bulk status changes and keyboard shortcuts
Mira K.2:49 PM
@Sauna looks good — ship it to #launches with the PDF.
SaunaAPP2:49 PM
Posted to #launches with release-notes.pdf attached, and linked the nine PRs at the bottom.

Turn threads into artifacts

Linear tickets, PRDs, release notes, written from the conversation instead of copy-pasted out of it. Nothing files until you click create.

Brilliant onboarding tour, and the keyboard navigation is a nice touch.

What Sauna does

Less busywork, more roadmap.

Triage

Triage what broke

It pulls the Linear issue and the GitHub fix in flight, explains what's happening in plain English, and posts the answer back.

Artifacts

Turn threads into tickets

Linear tickets, PRDs, and release notes, drafted from the conversation and filed only when you click create.

Context

It knows the roadmap

Workspace memory holds your decisions and conventions. Ask what's happening with a feature and you get a real answer.

Everywhere you already work

One coworker, on every surface you use.

Web app
Sessions, knowledge, and scheduled work in one tab.
iMessage
Text it. Voice notes, screenshots, replies in the thread.
Slack
DMs, channel mentions, full threads, a live Tasks panel.
Email
Forward to hey@sauna.ai or CC it into any thread.
Superhuman
Tag Sauna in a comment and it picks up the thread.
Good to know

Questions, answered.

Does it connect to Linear and GitHub?

Yes. Use the built-in library, or connect any tool with an API key or MCP server, right from chat.

Will it file tickets on its own?

It drafts them. Nothing is created in your tools until you approve.

We use Jira, not Linear. Does that still work?

Yes. Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion, and thousands more are built in, and anything else connects with an API key or its own MCP server.

Is our data safe?

Sauna reads only what you connect, and acts only after you approve. Your workspace and its memory are yours, not training data.

Where does it work?

The web app, iMessage, Slack, email, and Superhuman. It's the same Sauna everywhere.

You run product. Your backlog runs itself.
