Forward to hey@sauna.ai or CC Sauna into a thread.
Email Sauna from the address you used to sign up and it'll work the thread like any other session. Forward something in, reply on the thread, and Sauna writes back from the same address. The session lands on the Dashboard alongside everything else.
Send Sauna an email
Email hey@sauna.ai from the address that's on your Sauna account. Forward a thread, kick off a fresh task, or put Sauna on CC or BCC.
- Sauna only recognizes the exact address on your account. One address per user today.
- If you email from an address Sauna doesn't know, the message bounces with a short note: "This email address is not associated with a Sauna account. Sign up at app.sauna.ai". No reply, no onboarding flow over email.
What Sauna sees
Sauna reads the latest message and whatever you wrote above it. Attachments ride along. Forwarded threads get split so Sauna can tell your note from the forwarded content.
- Direct email, forward, CC, or BCC are all valid. CC and BCC come tagged so Sauna knows you're looping it in, not asking it to reply first.
- Attachments come through as files inside the session. Images, PDFs, spreadsheets, audio notes.
- When you forward a thread, anything you typed above the forward divider becomes your note. The forwarded body below is the context Sauna works from.
