Every inbound email maps to a session. Replies on the same thread keep extending it, so one thread is one session over time.
- Email sessions show up on the Dashboard with an email icon, just like web and iMessage sessions.
- The Filter in the top-right has an Email source checkbox to isolate just the email-triggered ones.
- Open a session from the Dashboard to see the full thread in Sauna's reader with every attachment and file Sauna produced.
