iMessage
Sauna you can text. Same agent, reached from the Messages app on your phone.
Sauna's number is (360) 228-5583. Send a question, leave a voice note, drop a screenshot, Sauna replies in the thread. The first text links your phone to your account (see Connect Sauna to iMessage on Home for the QR and a direct link); after that, the thread is open.
Connect
Text Sauna once and it replies with a link. Open the link while you're signed into the web app, and your phone is bound to your account. A contact card arrives right after, so you always know who's texting you back.
What you see, in order:
- You text anything to
(360) 228-5583. - Sauna replies:
"Welcome to Sauna! Link your account to get started:"followed by a short link. - You open the link on a device where you're signed into Sauna. The page confirms your phone is now bound.
- Sauna sends three more messages: a welcome note, its contact card (save it), and a quick onboarding text that covers
/new,/unlink, voice notes, and reactions.
If you change your mind later, text /unlink and Sauna disconnects. Nothing is deleted; you can text again to re-link with a fresh code.
