Slack

Sauna inside Slack, DMs, channel mentions, and full threads.

Slack is Sauna at work. DM it, @mention it in a channel, or open the Sauna assistant in the right-hand sidebar. Same agent the web app runs, tuned for chat. Each person links their Slack identity to their Sauna account with /login inside Slack, Slack sessions show up on your Dashboard alongside web sessions, filtered by the Slack source.

Connect

Two steps. Your workspace admin installs the Sauna Slack app once. After that, anyone in the workspace runs /login to bind their Slack identity to their Sauna account.

What you see, in order:

  1. Admin installs Sauna. Sauna shows up as an app you can DM and @mention.
  2. You run /login in any channel or DM. Sauna replies with an ephemeral Connect to Sauna card and a single button, Connect your Slack account.
  3. Click it. You sign in to Sauna in the browser if you aren't already, and Slack reopens on the thread where you started.
  4. A welcome card lands in the thread: "You're in. Sauna's hot. ♨️🥵" followed by a primer on DMs, exclusive threads, shared threads, and the \ escape.

Run /logout anytime to disconnect. Your link is nulled; /login again to reconnect.

One Slack identity per Sauna account, globally. If you're in two Slack workspaces that both have Sauna installed, you pick one identity to link. The other stays unlinked.
