What carries over from the web app:
- Ask anything. Research, draft, summarize, analyze.
- Work with files. Sauna reads attachments and writes files back as
app.sauna.ailinks. - Pull from Knowledge. Sauna can search your saved files, Memory, and Skills.
- Search. Web search, deep research, people and company lookup.
Web-app only, for now:
- Plan mode and the other web-only modes. Email runs in email mode; you can't flip to Plan from the inbox.
- Model picker. The email agent runs on a fixed model, no per-message Fast / Balanced / Smart.
- Fire & Forget, Zen Mode, quiet hours, triage mode. All web-only.
- Drafts in your Gmail. Different path: ask Sauna to draft something and, if you've linked Gmail in Connections, it'll create the draft in Gmail on the original thread for you to review and send. Forwarding to
hey@sauna.aiis the only way mail enters Sauna.
